Pomegranate Guava Smoothie
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • ½ frozen Banana
  • 2 chilled Guava
  • 2 Tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup almond milk (or you can use whole milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar or honey
  1. Chop the guava in fourths. Leave the skin on, as it's totally edible.
  2. Combine the banana, pomegranate, guava, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and sugar or honey in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Make sure you blend for long enough to pulverize the pomegranate seeds, if you don't like the texture in your smoothie.
  4. Serve chilled with a straw, and enjoy!
