This Mango Banana Smoothie is my all-time favorite fruit blend and is so easy to make!
There are two things we are in this house: fruit and dairy lovers! My kids are super picky eaters, but they will ALWAYS eat fresh fruit and will eat just about anything dairy (yogurt, cheese, milk etc). We go through a gallon of whole milk every other day for our family of four. I love knowing that it’s helping my kids stay happy and balanced at the same time.
Anytime I go to a smoothie shop, I ALWAYS get a Mango Banana Smoothie. I’m ind of particular about it being heavy on the mango side, so I’m often disappointed. Since I’ve been making my own, I’m never upset at the ratio!

I love to create recipes that I know my kids will love and that are full of vitamins and nutrients. This Mango Banana Smoothie has two kinds of dairy in it, and two kinds of fruit and a couple other ingredients. It’s so good! We don’t do smoothies just for breakfast, we do smoothies for lunch, for snacks, and sometimes even for a wholesome dessert option! Shoot, we even do smoothies in a bowl! Whatever it takes to get my kids to eat balanced, nutritious foods.
If you can’t or don’t want to use milk, you can always sub the whole milk for almond milk. We’re big milk drinkers, so this is what I had on hand.
Mango Banana Smoothie
The first thing you need to do for your Mango Banana Smoothie, is cut up your mango and bananas. I use two of each. No need to chop them up finely, as your blender will do the heavy work.
Next you will add your greek yogurt to the blender. It helps it to be so smooth and creamy!
Next you’ll pour in your whole milk (or whatever milk you want to use). This will help to make sure your Mango Banana Smoothie is thin enough to drink through a straw, along with giving you some protein and Vitamin D!
Add in your vanilla and sugar (which you can substitute for honey if you’d rather) and then blend all the ingredients together in your blender.
Your smoothie should blend into a thin, drinkable liquid with some body to it. I LOVE the texture of smoothies! Have a lovely tropical breakfast or snack when you make this Mango Banana Smoothie! It's got very few ingredients and tastes like a dream!
