Printable Teacher Favorites Questionnaire
When I was a kindergarten teacher, one of my room moms handed me this sheet to fill out on the first day of school. I thought it was a little silly, asking about my candy preferences and my favorite restaurant, but then Christmas came around… and all the parents had chipped in to create a gift basket full of all my favorite things. No guessing!
And beyond that, when a child would bring a little box of candy or a few pieces of chocolate, they were always my favorite kind. Every gift card was for a place that I actually liked to shop at or a restaurant I loved to visit.
It was a super simple way to show their appreciation, that while not necessary, was incredibly sweet!
Now that I’m on the parent side of things, I always try to get my child’s teacher to fill one of these out. It makes things like holiday gifts, Teacher Appreciation Week, and even random “just because” surprises easy and meaningful.
Whether you’re a room mom, a fellow teacher, or just a thoughtful parent trying to make someone’s day, this printable is a perfect tool to keep on hand.
