Gather Your Supplies

You will need:

To prep your wire pumpkin wreath frame, you need to attach 4,000 pipe cleaners. Okay, it’s not 4,000 but it feels like it! I attached five green pipe cleaners to the stem section, by twisting them onto the frame.

Cut the mesh for the stem.

Anytime you’re cutting lengths of mesh for mesh wreaths, it’s best to use a rotary cutter and a cutting mat. Cut 2-3 ten-inch pieces of green mesh for each green pipe cleaner.

Attach the green mesh to the stem.

Once all your green pieces are cut, it’s time to attach them to your wreath. Roll your cut sections like this, and pinch them in the middle.

Use the pipe cleaners to attach the mesh to the wreath frame by twisting them a couple of time around the middle.
