How To Make Zucchini Crisp!

SO EASY!

Ingredients

> zucchini > sugar > butter > oatmeal > flour > lemon juice > cinnamon

Step 1

Peel the zucchini. Then cut them in half long-ways and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Make sure to get all of them.

Step 2

Slice the zucchini into 1/4" thick slices. Combine zucchini, cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice, and water and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Combine butter, sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon, and flour to make a crumble topping.
