I love hands-on learning. I believe that it and the use of music are two of the most effective ways to teach children new things. This day of creation activity book was carefully thought out and has plenty of interaction for the kids!
The goal here isn’t to get kids to just memorize the order of the days of creation, but to make it real to them, and to help it stick so they can always have it hidden in their hearts.
Days of Creation Printable Activity Book
This book would be perfect for Christian schools, homeschools, Sunday Schools, VBS, or just as a fun activity to do with kids! However you use this free Days of Creation printable activity book, I hope you enjoy teaching using it!
The days of creation printable activity book is twenty pages in total. And you can print it at the end of this post!

A Peek Inside the Printable
All seven days of creation are featured in this printable book. Each day starts with the Scripture that describes what was created on that day. Then, as a guide, each day also contains a lesson with the following sections:
- Memory Verse
- Let’s Think
- Let’s Talk
- Let’s Create
- Let’s Remember
Each of these sections is designed to help kids think beyond the words on the page and engage in learning. It encourages them to dig deeper, to ask questions, to learn with their hands, and then gives a recap of the previous days.

Supplies Needed
All of the instructions and printable details for each activity are included in this book, and you will only need a few craft supplies to complete all the activities and crafts in the book.
Note that most of the Let’s Create sections have printable components that are included in the book, so teaching these lessons will be very little prep on your part.
There are a couple of crafts or activities in this book that don’t have printable components. They’re very simple and don’t require a lot of materials. All the instructions and supply lists are included in the book as well.
The above “calm-down jar”, for example, only takes a few supplies and is a great, tangible item that kids can use again and again.

Intended Age Range for This Printable
Use your judgment, but personally, I think these activities would be best for elementary-aged children. Kids ages 5-12 would all enjoy this book. Younger kids will need more help with memory verses and hands-on activities, whereas older kids will be able to accomplish things more easily and unassisted.
