2 Ingredient Naan Bread (Quick and Easy Flatbread)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Optional addition A pinch of salt
  • Optional additions Butter or oil for cooking
  • Optional additions Fresh garlic for garlic naan

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup self-rising flour and 1 cup plain yogurt to a bowl.
  • Mix them together until a soft dough forms.
  • Lightly flour your work surface and knead the dough for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into equal pieces.
  • Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten and roll into a naan shape.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add a little butter or oil if using.
  • Place one naan in the pan and cook until bubbles form and the bottom looks golden.
  • Flip it over and cook the other side until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining dough pieces.
  • Serve warm, or brush with butter and garlic for garlic naan.
