Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 mangos
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar or honey

Instructions

  • Place the pieces of banana and mango into the blender.
  • Add in the milk, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Blend until everything is blended to a smooth consistency.
  • Keep chilled for best results.

Notes

  1. If you use frozen bananas, let them thaw for about 15 minutes at room temp before trying to slice and add them to the blender.
  2. If you want a fresher flavor, add a sprig of fresh mint to the mixture before blending as well.
