- 2 bananas
- 2 mangos
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 Tablespoons of greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon of sugar or honey
Place the pieces of banana and mango into the blender.
Add in the milk, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
Blend until everything is blended to a smooth consistency.
Keep chilled for best results.
- If you use frozen bananas, let them thaw for about 15 minutes at room temp before trying to slice and add them to the blender.
- If you want a fresher flavor, add a sprig of fresh mint to the mixture before blending as well.
