Traditional Turkey Gravy | Ready in Five Minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Turkey Stock from the turkey you just cooked preferably
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan, bring the turkey stock to a boil.
  • Whisk in the flour and whisk continuously while the gravy cooks so no lumps form.
  • Bring it to a rolling boil, and allow it to thicken for about a minute.
  • Remove the pan from the heat.
  • The longer it's off the heat the thicker the gravy will get.
  • Serve warm.
