Instructions
You can make these ahead of time for the first day of school, pack them into lunchboxes during the first week, or pass them out at meet-the-teacher night. They are simple enough to throw together quickly and meaningful enough to leave a lasting impression!

Step 1: Mix
Add a small handful or 2 tablespoons of each ingredient to a clear sandwich bag. OR Mix the amounts of your choice of each ingredient into a large mixing bowl until you’re happy with the ratio.

Step 2: Prep
Print and cut the printable tag sheet. One tag prints per sheet, so print the total number you need! Fold the printable tag over the top of the bag. NOTE: Don’t overfill the bags or the label won’t attach well. Aim for halfway full!

Step 3: Attach
Seal the bag and staple or glue the tag in place. If the bag is a bit larger than the label (which can happen, depending on the brand), attach the tag on one side, then fold the other side of the bag a bit to make it fit inside the tag, then staple the fold.
Free Printable Tag
This printable includes two tags per page and looks great printed on white cardstock. Just cut, fold, and attach. The result is a sweet gift that feels personal and purposeful without requiring a lot of time or money!
NOTE: I only realized after taking and editing all the photos that the “that” on the first line of the popcorn entry ran into the border! I have fixed it already, so when you download it, all words are completely readable!
